As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
Meet Steve
Steve Bolton has worked as a broker at John L. Scott’s Salem office since October 2013. Before that, he was a broker in Seattle from 2005 to 2012. Prior to real estate, he worked in the wireless industry for Motorola and Nextel. Steve was drawn to real estate by the prospect of working with a variety of people buying and selling all types of homes and properties.
Steve specializes in first-time home buyers, move-up and downsize buyers and sellers, new construction buyers and commercial buyers and sellers. He takes a hands-on approach with each client, listening carefully to and delivering on their wants and needs. Though Steve has an easygoing, no-pressure personality, he’s dedicated to his clients and will fight for them in the heat of negotiations.
To market listings, Steve often employs printed materials including postcards, and also focuses on the online MLS listing appearance. He uses as many HD photos as are allowed and inputs each listing carefully to ensure the online first impression is top-notch!
In his spare time, Steve enjoys traveling with his wife, BBQ cooking, boating, fishing and target shooting. He is also passionate about helping children and families in need. Steve and his wife belong to the Elks Lodge in Keizer and contribute to the various campaigns throughout the year dedicated to children and families in need. One such campaign is around Christmas time, when Steve and his wife donate food baskets and presents for children.
